brevemente sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o na implantodontia.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A moldagem virtual, para cirurgia, atua como um guia de planejamento. Isso se deve ao fato dessa tecnologia propiciar um planejamento prot\u00e9tico e na confec\u00e7\u00e3o de splints cir\u00fargicos, facilitando a correta aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos implantes. Em casos de planejamento e implantes m\u00faltiplos, a moldagem virtual permite an\u00e1lise da dist\u00e2ncia entre eles antes das suas instala\u00e7\u00f5es. Dessa consegue-se evitar uma imprecis\u00e3o e um comprometimento do m\u00e9todo eleito para o caso.<\/p><p>Para al\u00e9m dessa observa\u00e7\u00e3o, quando o cirurgi\u00e3o-dentista escolhe como meio de trabalho as imagens 3D, o mesmo consegue obter uma vis\u00e3o mais precisa e privilegiada do caso a ser analisado devido \u00e0s representa\u00e7\u00f5es das estruturas anat\u00f4micas desejadas de cada paciente.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cirurgia digitalmente guiada possibilita: maior rapidez e precis\u00e3o, pois, \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo eficiente e confi\u00e1vel para obter resultados est\u00e9ticos e funcionais. O fluxo digital contribui muito para a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de contratempos a partir do momento em que o profissional entende cada etapa, que envolve melhor comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o paciente, estudo do sorriso, scanner\u00a0intraoral, programas de planejamento, guias impressos, novos desenhos de implantes e kits de cirurgia.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 O posicionamento tridimensional do implante \u00e9 um dos desafios enfrentados na Implantodontia. A transfer\u00eancia \u00e0 m\u00e3o livre da posi\u00e7\u00e3o planejada para o campo cir\u00fargico fica condicionada \u00e0 habilidade do operador, \u00e0s suas condi\u00e7\u00f5es emocionais no momento cir\u00fargico e, sobretudo, \u00e0 tomada de decis\u00f5es importantes quanto ao ponto de abordagem, profundidade da plataforma e inclina\u00e7\u00e3o do implante.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assim, a cirurgia guiada est\u00e1tica fundamenta-se na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um guia cir\u00fargico r\u00edgido que reproduz a posi\u00e7\u00e3o virtual do implante, n\u00e3o permitindo modifica\u00e7\u00e3o intraoperat\u00f3ria da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo. Portanto, o planejamento \u00e9 feito de forma reversa, para um correto posicionamento intra\u00f3sseo do implante.
